Refunds follow the checkout terms and the law that applies.

Policy basis

Refund eligibility is determined by the terms shown during checkout and the consumer law applicable to the transaction. Any mandatory cancellation, cooling-off, conformity, or refund right remains available even if a general policy would say otherwise.

Because rights for immediately delivered digital content vary by location and by the checkout disclosures and consents used, AgentGuild does not publish an invented fixed refund period that could misstate those rights.

Requesting a refund

Contact support using the address below. Include the purchase email, GitHub username connected to the benefit, Polar order identifier if available, and a short explanation of the issue. That information helps locate the transaction and repository entitlement.

Do not send a GitHub password, personal access token, OAuth token, recovery code, payment-card number, or unredacted credential output. Those secrets are not needed to review a refund.

How a request is reviewed

A request is reviewed against the checkout record, delivery and access state, the reason given, any product or fulfilment fault, the terms presented at purchase, and applicable law. Examples that may require investigation include a duplicate purchase, failure to receive the repository benefit, or a material difference between the delivered product and its checkout description.

Nothing on this page guarantees a refund where the checkout terms and applicable law do not require one, and nothing on this page removes a refund or remedy that applicable law does require.

What happens to repository access

Polar’s GitHub Repository Access benefit is the entitlement authority. An approved full refund, payment reversal, or entitlement revocation may remove read access to the private Games Kit repository through that benefit. Any rights that applicable law preserves after a refund are unaffected.

Processing method and timing

Approved refunds are submitted through the checkout provider to the original payment method where supported. Polar, the payment network, the buyer’s bank, and local rules can affect when funds appear. AgentGuild does not promise a bank processing time it does not control.
