Use the kit in your games. Do not resell the kit.

Agreement, eligibility, and the parties’ roles

In these Terms, AgentGuild means the supplier and product licensor operating this website and the AgentGuild Games catalogue. You means the individual buyer or the organisation purchasing for one designated user. Polar Software Inc. is the merchant of record and authorized reseller for the transaction.

By purchasing, accepting private-repository access, downloading, or using the Games Kit, you accept the version of these Terms presented for the order. You must have legal capacity to enter this agreement. If purchasing for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it and identify its designated user.

Polar handles checkout, payment processing, applicable transaction taxes, receipts, and refund execution under the Polar Buyer Terms. AgentGuild remains responsible for the product description, licence, delivery content, and product support. Nothing here removes a non-waivable right under applicable law.

The product, price, and delivery

The AgentGuild Games Kit is a collection of coding-agent roles and repeatable workflows for game-development work. It is sold as a one-time digital purchase and delivered through read access to a private GitHub repository. There is no subscription, licence key, or separate entitlement server unless a future offer expressly says otherwise.

The product description, one-time price, currency, taxes, and checkout-specific disclosures shown when you order form part of the purchase. Polar provides the transaction receipt or invoice. GitHub repository access—not a redirect URL, checkout identifier, installer flag, or screenshot—is the operational product entitlement.

The current automatic installer targets Claude Code’s .claude/structure. The content is designed to be usable manually with Codex, but native Codex installation and context merging are not currently provided. Engine, runtime, SDK, and portal coverage is limited to what the product page and live registry actually describe.

One purchase includes one named-user seat

A standard purchase grants one named-user seat tied to the GitHub account connected to the Polar benefit. An organisation may purchase for one designated employee or contractor, and that user may apply the kit to the organisation’s projects. Other people may work on the resulting game or project, but they may not receive, browse, copy, or independently use the kit content under that seat.

Each additional person who needs direct access to or independent use of the kit needs a separate purchase unless AgentGuild agrees to a different team licence in writing. You may not share a GitHub invitation, local kit copy, account, or credential to avoid the named-user limit.

Licence grant and your work product

Subject to a valid purchase and compliance with these Terms, AgentGuild grants the named user a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use, copy, and modify the Games Kit content in projects owned by the buyer, including commercial games.

You retain ownership of your game, project code, assets, prompts, settings, and other work product. AgentGuild does not claim ownership merely because the kit helped create it. The licence does not transfer ownership of the kit, its collection, branding, or underlying source material.

Items adapted from permitted open-source material remain subject to their applicable third-party licences and attribution notices. Those licences control where they grant rights that these Terms cannot replace or restrict.

No resale, republication, or access sharing

You may not, except where applicable law or a third-party licence requires otherwise:

• sell, resell, sublicense, rent, or commercially redistribute the kit;
• publish the kit or a substantially similar standalone collection in a public repository, marketplace, download, course bundle, or competing library;
• share repository access, invitations, credentials, downloaded kit files, or installer access outside the licensed named-user seat;
• use the kit to provide a hosted library or service that exposes the kit itself for others to retrieve or reuse; or
• remove provenance, copyright, licence, or attribution notices from material that requires them.

Shipping a game or ordinary project output created with the kit is not resale of the kit. The restriction applies when what is distributed substitutes for a legitimate kit purchase or exposes the kit content itself.

Repository access, updates, and availability

You must connect the correct GitHub account and accept any required invitation. A valid one-time purchase is intended to provide ongoing read access and Games Kit updates while the entitlement, GitHub integration, and repository remain available. This does not promise a particular update cadence, roadmap item, feature, platform integration, response time, or indefinite operation of any third-party service.

AgentGuild may change repository organization, delivery tooling, or content and may discontinue future maintenance. If access ends for an operational reason unrelated to your breach, the licence to a legitimately downloaded version continues, but no further access or updates are promised. GitHub, Polar, engine vendors, and portal providers remain separate services governed by their own terms.

Refunds, suspension, and termination

Refund requests follow the AgentGuild Refund Policy, Polar’s checkout terms, and applicable law. Repository access may be suspended or removed after a full refund, payment reversal, fraudulent order, unauthorized sharing, security risk, or material breach of these Terms.

A full refund normally ends the commercial kit licence. You must stop using and delete downloaded kit files and private copies, except where applicable law preserves a right. Completed game binaries and ordinary project work product created before the refund may continue to be distributed if they do not expose or redistribute kit content, but the refunded kit may not be used for new work.

For a material breach that is not remedied after notice where a cure is appropriate, AgentGuild may terminate the licence. Terms concerning ownership, restrictions, accrued payment obligations, disclaimers, and liability survive to the extent needed to give them effect.

Your responsibilities

• Keep GitHub and local-development credentials secure.
• Review, test, secure, and back up changes before applying them to a project or release.
• Verify current engine, platform, store, SDK, privacy, advertising, tax, and legal requirements relevant to your game.
• Obtain rights to any reference material, code, assets, personal data, or third-party service used with the kit.
• Do not send AgentGuild passwords, tokens, recovery codes, payment-card data, proprietary source, or player data unless a secure, expressly agreed process exists.

AI-assisted guidance, warranties, and liability

The kit provides development roles, instructions, and workflows. It does not replace engineering judgment, testing, platform certification, security review, financial advice, or legal advice. AI-assisted output can be incomplete, unsuitable, or wrong, and you decide whether and how to use it.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the kit is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a promise that it will fit every project, engine, SDK, portal, store, device, or commercial objective. Statutory warranties and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AgentGuild is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for lost profit, revenue, opportunity, goodwill, or data. AgentGuild’s aggregate liability arising from the purchased Games Kit will not exceed the amount paid for that product. These limits do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that law does not allow to be excluded or limited.

Applicable law, changes, and contact

The laws and courts applicable to a transaction depend on the parties and any mandatory consumer rules that apply. These Terms do not select a different jurisdiction or take away a buyer’s non-waivable local rights. Checkout, payment, tax, and Polar-platform disputes are also governed by the Polar Buyer Terms.

The Terms for a completed order are the version presented for that purchase. AgentGuild may publish prospective changes for future purchases or continued access, but a change will not retroactively remove a right already granted unless the original agreement or applicable law permits it.
