Status and acceptance

These Terms are a pre-launch draft. They are intended to become the terms for a purchase of the AgentGuild Games Kit only after owner and legal review is complete and the final terms are presented at or before checkout.

Once approved and used for live sales, purchasing, accessing, downloading, or using the Games Kit will indicate acceptance of the version presented with the purchase, subject to any non-waivable rights under applicable law. If you buy on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind it.

The product and delivery

The AgentGuild Games Kit is a collection of coding-agent roles and repeatable workflows for game-development work. It is sold as a one-time digital purchase and delivered through read access to a private GitHub repository. There is no licence key or separate entitlement server.

Polar processes checkout and attaches its GitHub Repository Access benefit. GitHub repository access—not a redirect URL, query parameter, installer flag, or downloaded receipt—is the operational entitlement. The product description, price, taxes, and checkout-specific terms shown at purchase form part of the offer.

The current automatic installer targets Claude Code’s .claude/structure. The content is designed to be usable manually with Codex, but native Codex installation and context merging are not currently provided.

Licence grant

Subject to a valid purchase and compliance with these Terms, AgentGuild grants the buyer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use, copy, and modify the Games Kit content in the buyer’s own projects, including commercial games.

You own your game, project code, assets, and other work product. AgentGuild does not claim ownership merely because you used a role or workflow while creating it. The licence does not transfer ownership of the kit, its collection, branding, or underlying source materials.

Items adapted from permitted open-source material remain subject to their applicable third-party licences and attribution notices. Those licences control where they grant rights that these Terms cannot replace or restrict.

No resale, republication, or access sharing

You may not, except where applicable law or a third-party licence requires otherwise:

• sell, resell, sublicense, rent, or commercially redistribute the kit;
• publish the kit or a substantially similar standalone collection in a public repository, marketplace, download, course bundle, or competing library;
• share private-repository access, invitations, credentials, downloaded source files, or installer access with another person or organisation; or
• remove ownership, provenance, copyright, licence, or attribution notices from material that requires them.

Normal use of adapted instructions inside your own game project does not make the game a resale of the kit. The restriction is aimed at redistributing the kit itself or substituting for a legitimate purchase.

Repository entitlement, updates, and revocation

The buyer must connect the correct GitHub account and accept any required invitation. Repository access may be removed after a refund, payment reversal, fraudulent purchase, unauthorised sharing, material breach of these Terms, or as otherwise permitted by applicable law and the checkout terms.

Future Games Kit repository updates are included while the buyer’s entitlement remains active and those updates are made available. This does not promise a particular update cadence, feature, platform integration, or indefinite support service.

Your responsibilities

• Keep your GitHub and local-development credentials secure.
• Review, test, secure, and back up changes before applying them to a project or release.
• Verify current engine, platform, store, SDK, privacy, advertising, tax, and legal requirements relevant to your game.
• Do not send AgentGuild passwords, tokens, recovery codes, payment-card data, proprietary source, or personal player data unless a secure, expressly agreed process exists.

Guidance, warranties, and liability

The kit provides general development guidance and workflows; it does not replace your engineering judgment, testing, platform review, security review, financial advice, or legal advice. AI-assisted output can be incomplete or wrong, and you remain responsible for deciding whether to use it.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the digital product is provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees that it will meet every project, engine, SDK, store, or business requirement. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies, or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited.

The final warranty, liability cap, exclusions, seller identity, and dispute terms require owner legal review before checkout opens and are intentionally not invented in this pre-launch draft.

Applicable law, changes, and contact

No governing jurisdiction or venue is stated in this draft. Those provisions must reflect the actual seller and customer-law requirements and must be approved during the required legal review. Mandatory consumer protections continue to apply regardless of contract wording.

The terms for a completed order will be the version presented for that purchase. Material changes will not retroactively remove rights already granted unless the purchase terms or applicable law permit that change.
